Various types of Rejuran

There are currently four types of Rejuran available on the market.
Rejuran, Rejuran i, Rejuran HB, Rejuran S.
The names are similar, but the dosage, ingredients, needles, and effective areas are different.

Common to the four products, PN
The main ingredient of all four products is PN (Polynucleotide) .
It is a DNA fragment obtained from salmon, and its base composition is 97% similar to human DNA.
It acts as a scaffold within the dermis and creates an environment where the skin heals itself.

Rejuran is manufactured using the manufacturer's (Pharmaresearch) patented DOT® technology, adjusting the molecular weight range for each product to suit its intended purpose.
The treatment interval is also the same. We recommend at least 3 sessions at 1-month intervals , and the duration varies from person to person, ranging from 1 to 2 months.

HB plus is a product with 2.8mg/1mL of lidocaine added to Rejuran HB.
The PN amount per 1mL is 20mg for Rejuran, Rejuran i, and Rejuran s.
Rejuran HB contains 10mg of hyaluronic acid in 10mg of PN.
The difference between products comes from the needles , viscosity , and ingredients included.
1. Rejuran: Basic type
This is a basic product containing only PN . One vial is 2mL (PN 40mg).
It is used to check the skin texture and fine lines of the entire face.
It is injected into the dermis in divided portions using a 33G 4mm needle.
Rejuran Treatment Areas: Butterfly Zone 2cc, Entire Cheeks 4cc, Entire Face (including forehead) 6cc
The standard is the area of one business card size (9cm x 5cm) per 1cc.
The pain is quite severe (pain level 5/5), so anesthesia is essential.
2. Rejuran i: For the eye area
The skin around the eyes is about 0.5mm thick, making it the thinnest on the face.
It folds whenever you make a facial expression, and because it has few sebaceous glands, it is the area where fine wrinkles appear first.
Rejuran i is a product designed for this spot, featuring a 1mL capacity and a 34G 2mm needle .
It is injected shallowly into thin skin using a finer needle.

3. Rejuran HB: Rejuran with added hyaluronic acid
This is a product that combines PN 10mg with 10mg of hyaluronic acid (HA) and 2.8mg of lidocaine .
Hyaluronic acid is a component naturally found in the skin that retains moisture up to hundreds of times its own weight.
So, I mainly use it on skin that feels tight and dry at the same time.

4. Rejuran S: Indentations and contours
This product contains PN 20mg / 1mL and has increased viscosity to remain on the localized area for a long time.
The needles are 30G 8mm , long needles used to fill in from the deep layers . The remaining three products use 4mm needles.
Therefore, it is mainly used to fill in pitted marks, such as acne scars.
So, which Rejuran is right for me?
Product selection and dosage are determined after the consultation.
It is rare to have only one concern.
We first examine the skin condition and area, and together during the consultation, determine which product to use and how many cc.
Want to get Rejuran painlessly?
The biggest reason people hesitate about Rejuran is the pain.
The pain level of the standard Rejuran is 5/5 , so anesthesia is required.
Several factors are involved in injection pain.
The drug's pH, viscosity, temperature, injection method and speed, presence of anesthetic components, etc.
Therefore, in this EPISODE, pain is reduced by dividing it into before, during, and after the procedure.

Reasons for using X-injectors
I have tried almost all the skin booster injectors on the market, such as DermaShine, Hi-Cooks, Rejumate, etc.
It was good that it hurt less.
However, loss occurred as the drug accumulated on the injector tip or leaked toward the negative pressure nozzle.
