The main ingredient of Rejuran, PN, is a DNA fragment extracted from salmon. Among various fish species, it is known to be the material with the relatively low risk of foreign body sensation or rejection reaction because its base composition is closest to that of humans .
The similarity in DNA base composition between humans and salmon is reported to be approximately 97%.

Rejuran HB plus
PN 10mg + HA 10mg+ Lidocaine 2.8mg / 1mL
This product enhances moisturizing power by adding hyaluronic acid to PN. It contains lidocaine, making the pain during the treatment relatively less burdensome.

How It Works
Mechanism of Action of Rejuran Eye
The injected PN first
It supports the skin from within.
Polymeric PN attracts moisture and acts as a temporary support within the dermis, helping the extracellular matrix recover during this time.
The component released from the decomposition of PN
It helps with tissue recovery.
The components produced from the breakdown of PN activate cell regeneration signals to regulate inflammation and help increase fibroblasts and collagen, thereby accelerating tissue recovery.
The decomposed DNA components are
It is reused as a material to restore cells.
Nucleotides and nucleosides degraded from PN are recycled into the salvage pathway and used for DNA synthesis and the repair of damaged cells.

Please observe these points after the treatment .

Immediately after the treatment , the injection site will be raised. Since the skin around the eyes is thin, this may appear more prominent, but it usually subsides within a day, so please do not rub or press it forcibly to smooth it out.

Bruising occurs more easily around the eyes than in other areas. Swelling usually subsides within 1-2 days , and bruising typically fades within a week . If you have an important schedule, please make an appointment well in advance.

Please avoid eye makeup on the day of the treatment . Wash your face gently with lukewarm water starting 4 hours after the treatment , and pay special attention to sun protection and moisturizing for the following week.

Please avoid wearing contact lenses on the day of the treatment and start using them the next day.

Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and saunas for 24 hours after the treatment . Swelling and bruising may worsen. Raising your pillow slightly while sleeping will help reduce swelling in the morning.

This is not a one-time treatment. We recommend at least three sessions at one-month intervals, and thereafter, the intervals will be adjusted according to your condition.
