The skin around the eyes is the thinnest on the face. It is about 0.5 mm thick, and because it folds every time you make a facial expression, fine lines tend to appear here first. It also has few sebaceous glands, so it dries out easily.
Rejuran Eye is a medical device whose main ingredient is PN (polynucleotide), a DNA fragment derived from salmon. Since its nucleotide composition is 97% similar to that of human DNA, it is known to be a highly biocompatible material.1) Unlike fillers, which fill in hollow areas to reshape the skin, it addresses the condition of the skin around the eyes itself.
Since this product is designed for the eye area with a 1 mL volume and a 34G needle, it is injected in small, shallow doses into the thin skin. With at least three treatments spaced one month apart, fine lines around the eyes gradually improve with each subsequent session.

It comes from the DNA most closely related to humans.
The main ingredient in Rejuran, PN, is a DNA fragment extracted from salmon. Among various fish species, salmon has a nucleotide composition that is among the closest to that of humans, so it is known as a material that carries a relatively low risk of causing a foreign body sensation or an immune response.

In a clinical study focusing on the eye area, a temporary improvement in eye wrinkleswas observed following Rejuran injections, due to the tissue-regenerating effects. An increase in tissue density was also observed.

The injected PN itself creates a supportive environment within the skin
Polymer PN attracts moisture and acts as a temporary scaffold within the dermis, creating an environment conducive to the recovery of the extracellular matrix.
PN degradation products activate regenerative signals, promoting tissue recovery
As PN breaks down, the resulting compounds activate cellular regenerative signaling pathways, thereby regulating inflammation and promoting tissue repair, including fibroblast and collagen production.
We reuse the broken-down DNA components as building blocks for the recovery of
cells.
Nucleotides and nucleosides broken down in the PN are recycled through the salvage pathway and used for DNA synthesis and the repair of damaged cells.

Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.

Immediately after the procedure, the injection site will become slightly raised. Since the skin around the eyes is thin, the swelling may appear more pronounced, but it usually subsides within a day, so please do not rub or press on the area to try to flatten it.

The area around the eyes is more prone to bruising than other areas. Swelling usually subsides within 1–2 days, and bruising typically fades within a week. If you have an important event coming up, please schedule your appointment well in advance.

Please avoid applying eye makeup on the day of the procedure. Wait at least 4 hours after the procedure before gently washing your face with lukewarm water, and for the next week, be especially careful to use sunscreen and moisturizer.

Please avoid wearing contact lenses on the day of the procedure and start wearing them the following day.

Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and saunas for 24 hours after the procedure. These activities may worsen swelling and bruising. Sleeping with your head slightly elevated on a pillow will help reduce morning swelling.

This is not a one-time treatment. We recommend at least three sessions at one-month intervals, after which the intervals will be adjusted based on your condition.
