It aims to reduce pain while targeting multiple benefits at the same time.

Skin Texture Therapy

Skin Texture Therapy

Skin Texture Therapy is a procedure in which aproprietary mixture—comprising polynucleotides, botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, and lidocaine to alleviate pain during the procedure— is administered using a specialized injector.

Rough skin texture is often accompanied by dehydration, excessive sebum and visible pores, and deteriorated skin condition. The Skin Texture Therapy is designed to address all three of these concerns in a single treatment.

We also manage pain and irritationduring the procedure by incorporating a pain-relief regimenincluding a combination anesthetic cream and topical anesthetics— along with injection equipment and modeling packs.

What's Inside

Four Things Included in a Single Treatment

Ingredients that each perform different functions are combined into a single treatment—
.

01

Polynucleotide

POLYNUCLEOTIDE

These are DNA fragments derived from salmon. They are injected into the dermis to improve skin texture. Rejuran and Lilyid are examples of these products.

02

Botulinum Toxin

BOTULINUM TOXIN

Apply it in shallow layers rather than massaging deeply into the muscles. The goal is to reduce sebum production and relieve tension around the pores.

03

Hyaluronic acid

HYALURONIC ACID

This is an ingredient used in hydrating injections. It draws moistureinto the dermis, reducing the appearance of a tight, flaky skin surface.

04

Episode: Pain Relief Formula

EPISODE COMFORT FORMULA

This is a combination formulation for the relief of episode-related pain that includes a local anesthetic. It is administered together with the mixture to reduce the pain felt during the injection process.

Why Skin Texture Therapy

Three Reasons to Choose Skin Texture Therapy

We'll show you what to put in and
how to put it in.

Ingredients combined into a single mixture
01

It solves multiple problems at once.

If you undergo separate Skin Booster treatments for skin renewal, sebum and pores, and hydration, the anesthesia and injection processes must be repeated for each. Skin Texture Therapy combines a pre-formulated mixtureinto a single injection, consolidating the entire procedure into one session.

* You can find detailed information on the role of each ingredient in the "How It Works" section below.

Step-by-Step Pain Management
02

It reduces pain at various stages.

The biggest reason people hesitate to get a Skin Booster treatment is pain. We minimize pain through a multi-step pain-reduction process.

* You can find more details about each stage in the pain management section below.

Unboxing and Mixing the Product
03

We transparently disclose the products we use and their quantities.

We don’t hide the ingredients injected into your skin. First, we show you exactly which products we’re using and in what quantities, then we open the products right in front of you and mix them in the specified ratios. We keep a record of the specific products and quantities used so you can verify them again after the procedure.

* The names and volumes of the products used are recorded exactly as they appear in the procedure report.

One by One & All at Once

How is this different from receiving it separately?

Even if the ingredients are the same, the process varies depending on how they are added (
).

Individual Procedures

TEXTURE

Skin Texture Therapy

Main Purpose
Focuses on one of the following goals: skin renewal, sebum and pores, or hydration
Three Goalsat Once
Injection Method
Injected separately for each procedure
Inject the specified mixtureall at once
Procedure Process
If multiple procedures are performed at the same time, the anesthesia and injection processes may need to be repeated.
A singleprocedure involving anesthesia, injection, and sedation
A more appropriate case
When the cause of the concern is relatively clear
When you're dealing with multiple concerns at once

* If there is a clear underlying cause, it may be more appropriate to perform only that specific procedure. * Rather than being mutually exclusive, the two methods differ in their intended purposes and procedures.

How It Works

How Skin Texture Therapy Works

1
Mechanism of Action: Step 1

Inject the solution evenly at a specified depth and volume:
.

A dedicated injector is used to evenly distribute the mixture in a thin layer. Although the injection method varies by device, the goal is to ensure even distribution across the entire face.

2
Mechanism of Action, Step 2

The three ingredients—
—each play a different role.

Polynucleotides improve the skin's regenerative environment, hyaluronic acid provides moisture, and botulinum toxin reduces sebum production and helps shrink pores.

3
3-Step Mechanism of Action

As various factors improve together,
your skin texture appears more even.

As both hydration and the skin’s regenerative environment improve, surface irregularities are reduced and pores appear less prominent. As skin texture improves, the skin’s radiance becomes more even.

Pain Care

Things to Prepare to Reduce Pain

Since this procedure involves frequent, repeated injections into shallow layers, pain and irritation are managed before, during, and after the “
” procedure.

01

Combined Anesthetic Cream

TOPICAL ANESTHESIA

We use an anesthetic cream containing a combination of lidocaine and prilocaine. We begin the procedure after the skin surface has been sufficiently numbed.

02

Episode: Pain Relief Formula

EPISODE COMFORT FORMULA

Add the pain relief mixture—which includes a local anesthetic—to the solution. It is prepared in a specific ratio to reduce pain as soon as the infusion begins.

03

Equipment for Reducing Injection Pain

INJECTION DEVICE

We use either the DermaShine Pro or the X-Injector. With the DermaShine Pro, the needle length is adjustedto ensure injection only to the required depth, while the X-Injector cools the injection site with its built-in cooling functionduring the procedure.

04

Modeling Pack Immediately After the Procedure

COOLING CARE

Immediately after the injection, apply a soothing maskto calm the skin and alleviate any remaining heat and irritation.

* We reduce pain in four steps: anesthetic cream, lidocaine in the solution, injection equipment, and a modeling pack.

Ways to Manage Pain
Adjust the length of the pinsso they go in only as deep as needed.
The procedure is performed while cooling the injection site with a built-in cooling device.
Principle of Injection
After the skin is drawn tight by negative pressure, a sensor detects the suction pressure and automatically delivers a predetermined amount.
It automatically dispenses a fixed amount at a consistent rate.

Notice

Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.

  • 1

Immediately after the procedure, you may notice injection marks, redness, and slight swelling. These symptoms usually subside between the day of the procedure and the following day.

  • 2

Since this product contains botulinum toxin, please avoid rubbing the treated area or exposing it to heat.

  • 3

Please avoid wearing makeup on the day of the procedure. Wait at least 4 hoursafter the procedure before washing your face, and wash gently with lukewarm water.

  • 4

Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and saunas for 24 hoursafter the procedure. These activities may cause swelling and bruising to worsen.

  • 5

For one week after the procedure, please take special care to protect your skin from UV rays and keep it well-moisturized. It is best to avoid harsh exfoliation, peels, and steam treatments.

  • 6

Please be sure to inform us during your consultation if you have ever had an allergic reaction to hyaluronic acid, botulinum toxin, or lidocaine; if you have a neuromuscular disorder; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if there is inflammation or infection at the injection site.

  • 7

If you experience severe pain at the injection site, pale skin, a feeling of heaviness or drooping in your eyelids, or changes in your vision, please contact the hospital immediately.
