Can I get a consultation even if I don't speak Korean?

Yes. If you contact us via WhatsApp in English, LINE in Japanese, or WeChat in Chinese, we will provide consultation in that language.

Can I make a reservation even without a Korean mobile phone number?

Yes. If you select email verification on the website, you can make a reservation without a Korean mobile phone number. You can also make a reservation via messenger.

How do I get there from Incheon Airport?

Take bus number 6200 from Incheon Airport and get off at Jamsil Station or Lotte World. After passing Lotte World Tower and Songpa District Office and crossing the crosswalk, you will find it on the 3rd floor of the Daewoo Utopia Shopping Center.

How do I get there from Gimpo Airport?

Take the Line 9 Express, transfer to Line 8 at Seokchon Station, and get off at Jamsil Station. It is a 3-minute walk from Exit 10.

What are the clinic hours?

Opening hours are from 10:30 to 21:00 on weekdays (last admission at 20:00) and from 10:30 to 17:00 on weekends and holidays (last admission at 16:00). The clinic is closed on Wednesdays.

Where can I see the price?

Yes. If you log in with your email on My Page, you can check your treatment history and the doctor's comments.
