Rejuran is a medical device whose main ingredient is PN (polynucleotide), a DNA fragment derived from salmon. Its purpose differs from procedures that fill in hollow areas to reshape the skin. Rather than altering the skin’s shape, it focuses on overall improvement of the skin’s environmentto help it heal itself.
PN is a colorless, transparent gel that maintains a consistent viscosity, and acts as a scaffoldwithin the dermis. Since its base composition is 97% similar to that of human DNA, it is known as a highly biocompatible material.1)
With at least three sessions spaced one month apart, fine lines and wrinkles gradually improve as you undergo more sessions. Since this treatment improves overall skin condition, it is used to address the skin’s overall health, including the recovery process.

Three Reasons to Choose Rejuran
Although they are both categorized as "skin boosters,"
they differ in how they penetrate the skin and what they do.
It comes from the DNA most closely related to humans.
The main ingredient in Rejuran, PN, is a DNA fragment extracted from salmon. Among various fish species, salmon has a nucleotide composition that is among the closest to that of humans, so it is known as a material that carries a relatively low risk of causing a foreign body sensation or an immune response.
* It has been reported that the similarity in DNA base sequences between humans and salmon is approximately 97 percent.
These ingredients are designed down to their molecular weight.
Even with the same PN, the properties vary depending on the length of the DNA fragments. Rejuran is manufactured using the manufacturer’s patented DOT®(DNA Optimizing Technology), ensuring that each product is formulated with a molecular weight range tailored to its intended purpose.

Tissue Regeneration Effects
Following a Rejuran injection, through the tissue-regenerating effects, a temporary improvement in facial wrinklescan be observed. An increase in tissue density can be observed.

PN 40 mg / 2 mLThis is the basic version of Rejuran. It consists solely of PN ingredientsand is designed to improve the overall condition of the skin, making it a gentle treatment option.

PN 20 mg/1 mLThis product is designed specifically for use around the eyes and under the eyes. It uses finer needles to target the thin skin around the eyes and under the eyes.

PN 20 mg/1 mLThis product is formulated to be more viscous, allowing it to stay in place longer on specific areas. It uses long needles to fill the skin from the deepest layers upward.
Rejuran HB Plus
PN 10 mg + HA 10 mg, and Lidocaine 2.8 mg / 1 mL
This product contains hyaluronic acid to enhance the moisturizing effects of PN. It contains lidocaine, so it causes relatively less discomfort during treatment.

How It Works
How Rejuve Works
The injected PN itself creates a supportive environment within the skin
Polymer PN attracts moisture and acts as a temporary scaffold within the dermis, creating an environment conducive to the recovery of the extracellular matrix.
PN degradation products activate regenerative signals, promoting tissue recovery
As PN breaks down, the resulting compounds activate cellular regenerative signaling pathways, thereby regulating inflammation and promoting tissue repair, including fibroblast and collagen production.
We reuse the broken-down DNA components as building blocks for the recovery of
cells.
Nucleotides and nucleosides broken down in the PN are recycled through the salvage pathway and used for DNA synthesis and the repair of damaged cells.

Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.

Immediately after the procedure, the injection site may become slightly raised. In most cases, this subsides within a day, so please do not rub or press on the area to flatten it.

Please avoid wearing makeup on the day of your procedure. Wait at least 4 hours after the procedure before washing your face, and when you do, wash gently with lukewarm water.

Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and saunas for 24 hours after the procedure. Doing so may cause swelling and bruising to worsen.

Swelling usually subsides within 1–2 days, and bruising usually clears up within 1–2 weeks. Bruising around the eyes may last longer than in other areas.

For one week after the procedure, please take special care to protect your skin from UV rays and keep it well-moisturized. It is best to avoid harsh exfoliation, peels, and steam treatments.

This is not a one-time treatment. We recommend at least three sessions at one-month intervals, after which the intervals will be adjusted based on your condition.
