What types of scars exist?
Even for the same type of acne scar, the causes and treatment methods differ depending on its shape.
Ice Pick Scar
Icepick scars
It is a narrow, deep indentation that looks as if it were pierced with an awl. Although the surface is small, the damage extends deep into the dermis, making it difficult to improve with surface treatment alone.
Rolling Scar
Rolling scar
This is a wide, gently indented scar. Fibrotic tissue beneath the dermis pulls the skin downward, creating the indented surface. Treatment is required to sever this fibrous tissue.
Box Scar
Boxcar
It is a broad, square-shaped scar with distinct boundaries. Shouldering treatment is required to smooth the edges.
These scars often exist in various forms together rather than appearing alone.

6 Methods for Scar Treatment
Combine the following methods according to the shape and depth of the scar.
1Cure Jet
The Needle-Free Jet Injector (NFJI) device delivers medication uniformly to the scar area by penetrating the skin without needles using a high-pressure injection method. The high-pressure liquid penetrates the skin instantaneously, creating a subcision effect on hardened tissue to release adhesions while simultaneously injecting the active medication without needles.
2Erbium Fraxel
Using a 2940nm wavelength laser, it induces regeneration by applying microscopic thermal damage to the skin. Compared to CO₂ Fraxel, it has a shorter recovery period and is more effective for regeneration.
3Subcision
This is a treatment that uses a needle to sever adhesions pulling the skin downward. It releases the underlying scar tissue, allowing new skin to fill the space and flatten the surface. It is particularly effective for rolling scars.
4Shoulder ring
It gently shaves the edges of depressed scars (on the shoulder area) to smooth the boundaries. It is particularly effective for boxcar scars with sharp, right-angled edges.
5PDRN regeneration management
Soothing care using PDRN helps repair damaged tissue after the treatment and promotes collagen regeneration to enhance the treatment effect.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of scars is it treated on?
These are pitted acne scars and red scars, such as icepick, rolling, and boxcar types. Based on the shape and depth of the scars, we combine CureJet, Erbium Fraxel, Subcision, Shouldering, and PDRN regenerative care.
How is the pain and recovery?
The pain is somewhat severe, so anesthesia is administered (pain level 4/5). Redness will disappear within 3 days, and full recovery will take 7 days.
How many times, and how often do you receive it?
Treatments are administered at intervals of 4 to 8 weeks. It is a treatment where the effects accumulate with each session. Changes are compared using an AI skin diagnosis before the first and last session.
How are the programs divided?
There are four types: basic scars, red scars, deep scars, and partial scars. Partial scars are classified by size, ranging from coin-sized to business card-sized.

Please observe these points after the treatment .

It is recommended to avoid washing your face or applying makeup immediately after the treatment (0–4 hours), and to refrain from touching the treatment area. Since microscopic wounds are open, infection or irritation may occur.

Please avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, strong massages, and skin care for 2 to 3 days after the treatment .

After the treatment , redness, swelling, fine scabbing, and dryness may occur, but these are mostly part of the natural recovery process.

Please avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise on the day of the treatment (for 24 hours). Redness or swelling may persist longer.

Please moisturize thoroughly for recovery, and make sure to take care of sun protection.

Please do not forcibly remove scabs or dead skin cells. This may cause scarring or hyperpigmentation.

Please note that acne and scar treatments gradually improve with repeated treatment and care.
