Revive is a skin booster that combines hyaluronic acid with glycerol. Although they provide the same moisturizing effect, the two ingredients perform different functions in the skin.
Hyaluronic acid helps draw waterinto the dermis, while glycerol helps retain that waterin the stratum corneum to prevent it from evaporating. Revive combines both of these ingredients in a single formula.
As a result, it not only boosts hydration but also improves the skin barrier. This was confirmed in a 24-week study conducted on Korean participants.1)

Why Revive
Three Reasons to Choose Revive
Adding moisture and
keeping that moisture there are two different things.
Attracting ingredients and retaining ingredients
Hyaluronic acid draws water into the dermis, while glycerol slows the rate at which that water escapes from the stratum corneum. Revive combines both ingredients in a single syringe. This combination doesn’t just deliver moisture—it ensures that the moisture stays where it is.
* Contains cross-linked sodium hyaluronate 20 mg/mL and glycerol 17.5 mg/mL.
This gel blends evenly throughout the tissue.
Revive is manufactured using the CPM (Cohesive Polydensified Matrix) method, which features a non-uniform cross-linking density. Because the gel contains a mixture of dense and sparse regions, rather than forming lumps at the injection site, it settles by spreading and blending into the surrounding tissue.
* This is a manufacturing process that uses two cross-linking steps (DCLT) to create sections with different densities.
Hydration must extend to improving the skin barrier.
Skin that remains dry for long periods is often not lacking in water but rather loses water too quickly. A study evaluating Revive reported that, along with improvements in hydration markers, trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) and sebum secretionwere both reduced.
* TEWL: The amount of water that evaporates through the skin. The lower the value, the more stable the skin barrier is considered to be.

How is this different from a hydrating facial?
Although both contain hyaluronic acid, the ingredients in
and the duration of their effects differ.

* Crosslinking: A treatment method that creates bonds between hyaluronic acid chains to slow down the rate of degradation.
* These two procedures are not mutually exclusive. During your consultation, we will determine which one is more suitable based on your skin condition and treatment goals.
How It Works
How Revive Works
Apply small amounts at a time to the dermis layer so that it settles evenly
Small amounts are injected into various points on the face. The smooth, cohesive gel with a CPM structure settles evenly between the dermal tissues without forming large clumps in any one area.
Hyaluronic acid and glycerol work together
to attract and retain moisture.
The hydrophilic structure of hyaluronic acid binds to surrounding moisture, acting as a moisture reservoir within the dermis, and glycerol also binds to water to help retain moisture.
A well-hydrated dermis transforms your skin's condition with
An extracellular matrix that is well-hydrated improves the skin's plumpness and the tissue environment. As a result, the skin's hydration, elasticity, firmness, and texture are all improved.

The Episode Difference
Why It's Different
Every process has its own unique reason.
01
First, check your skin condition at
.
Just because your skin feels dry doesn't mean you need the same treatment. We first assess your skin's moisture levels and the condition of your skin barrier, and then perform the Revive treatment only if your skin currently needs it.
NECESSITY02
The 34G ultra-fine needles reduce the pain associated with
.
Taking into account Revive’s characteristic of delivering dense injections into the superficial layers of the skin, we use 34G ultra-fine needles that are 2 mm long. This helps prevent unnecessarily deep injections and reduces pain during repeated injections, ensuring a more comfortable treatment experience.
COMFORT03
Check the exact product and quantity right before your eyes at
.
We review the Revive products to be used before the procedure together, then open the packaging, and transparently disclose the volume to be injected.
CLARITY04
, change becomes clearer when it is documented.
By systematically managing treatment history, remaining treatment status, and skin changes through online reports, you can more objectively track changes before and after treatment.

Notice
Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.
-
1
Immediately after the procedure, you may notice slight swelling and redness at the injection site. Since we’ll smooth the area out evenly with a massage at the end of the procedure, please do not rub or press on it to spread the product while at home.
-
2
Please avoid wearing makeup on the day of your procedure. Wait at least 4 hours after the procedure before washing your face, and when you do, wash gently with lukewarm water.
-
3
Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and saunas for 24 hours after the procedure. Doing so may cause swelling and bruising to worsen.
-
4
Swelling usually subsides within a day or two, and bruises usually fade within 1–2 weeks.
-
5
For one week after the procedure, please take special care to protect your skin from UV rays and keep it well-moisturized. It is best to avoid harsh exfoliation, peels, and steam treatments.
-
6
Please be sure to inform us during your consultation if you have had a hypersensitivity reaction to hyaluronic acid products, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if there is inflammation or infection at the injection site.
-
7
If you experience severe pain at the injection site, paleness, or changes in your vision, please contact the hospital immediately.
