Juvelook Volume
Juvelook Volume
One reason your face may look gaunt is not because you've lost weight, but because the collagen that provided structural support underneath the skin has decreased, leading to a loss of firmness.
Juvelook Volume is a tissue-regenerating material that involves injecting 170 mg of PDLLA and 30 mg of hyaluronic acidinto the subcutaneous layer, thereby stimulating the growth of the body’s own collagen and elastin around the particles. It works differently from hyaluronic acid fillers, which immediately add volume.
So it doesn't change all at once. But it gradually fills up over time.
About Juvelook Volume
PDLLA, the main ingredient in Juvelook Volume, is a
. What is it, and how does it work?
What is PDLLA?
The main ingredient in JuveLook Volume is PDLLA, which stands for poly-D,L-lactic acid. Although it belongs to the polylactic acid family, which is biodegradable in the body, it differs in that the D- and L-forms are randomly linked, resulting in an amorphous structure that does not form crystals. The particles have a hollow, porous, network-like structure.
PLLA has a crystallinity of 37% and takes more than 24 months to degrade, while PDLLA is amorphous and takes 12 to 16 months to degrade. The technology for manufacturing the reticular structure is registered under Patent No. 10-1725279.
It works in two ways
PDLLA reduces the levels of enzymes (MMP2, 3, 9) that break down collagen, thereby minimizing the breakdown of existing collagen, while simultaneously promoting the proliferation of adipose-derived stem cells to help generate new collagen and elastin fibers.
This is fundamentally different from hyaluronic acid fillers, which instantly add volume. We recommend them based on your specific goals.
The changes are most noticeable around 8 weeks.
In a study involving PDLLA injections into the dermis of aged laboratory animals, the density of adipose-derived stem cells, collagen, and elastin fibers began to increase starting at 2 weeks and showed the most pronounced increase at 8 weeks.
Results from animal studies may differ from those in humans, and individual results may vary depending on the treatment cycle and duration.
How It Works
How Juvelook Volume Works
Using a cannula, accurately inject the PDLLA, which has been hydrated, into the subcutaneous layer (Sub-Q)
: New collagen and elastin fibers are generated through MMP inhibition and adipose-derived stem cell proliferation
PDLLA degrades over a period of 12 to 16 months, and
the newly formed tissue remains in place.
Treatment Areas
Areas Treated with Juvelook Volume
Divide the affected area into sections and inject the solution.
The injection depth and volume vary depending on the area.
Do not use on areas with thin skin, such as under the eyes or on the lips.
Since JuvéLook Volume is a product injected into the subcutaneous layer, it may show through if injected too shallowly.
If your goal is to address fine lines or improve skin texture, we recommend treatments with JuvéLook Skin or JuvéLook Eye, which are injected into the dermis.

Juvelook Volume Product Information
We fully disclose the ingredients and their concentrations in the products we use.
Juvelux Skin and Juvelux Volume are different products.
Juvelook Skin, at 50 mg per vial (42.5 mg PDLLA, 7.5 mg hyaluronic acid), is injected into the dermis to reduce fine lines and improve skin texture,
while Juvelook Volume, at 200 mg per vial, is injected into the subcutaneous layer to enhance facial contours and reduce deep wrinkles.

Every process has its own unique reason.

RELIABILITY03
, change becomes clearer when it is documented.
Since collagen is produced slowly over a period of 2 to 3 months, it’s difficult to notice any changes in your face, which you see every day. We record the products used and the injection volumes for each area in an online report, which serves as a benchmark for evaluating the effectiveness of Juvelook Volume.

Notice
Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.
-
1
The volume immediately after the procedure is due to the saline solution used to hydrate the product. The next day, as the fluid is absorbed, the volume may seem to decrease, but this is a normal process.
-
2
Juvelook Volume is a treatment performed three times at one-month intervals. Collagen production begins to increase two weeks after the procedure and becomes most noticeable around eight weeks.
-
3
Gently massage for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days. If you rub too hard, the particles may clump together on one side, so be sure to massage gently.
-
4
Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, saunas, and steam rooms for 24 hours after the procedure. Doing so may cause swelling and bruising to worsen.
-
5
For two weeks after the procedure, please avoid applying strong pressure to the treated area, as well as skin care treatments, radiofrequency, and ultrasound lifting. The area needs time to heal.
-
6
Swelling usually subsides within 2 to 3 days, and bruising usually subsides within 1 to 2 weeks. You can cover the injection marks with makeup starting the next day.
-
7
If you experience persistent severe pain, redness, warmth, or a palpable lump at the treatment site, please contact the hospital. These symptoms require prompt evaluation.
