Elance
We don't just fill—we create.
Elance
Ellansé
Elance is a collagen-stimulating filler whose main ingredient is PCL (polycaprolactone). PCL is a material that has long been used in surgical sutures, and ithas been confirmed to gradually break downand be completely absorbedwithin the body; based on this safety profile, its use has expanded into the field of cosmetic medicine.
Elance consists of very small PCL beads mixed into a gel (CMC, carboxymethyl cellulose). Immediately after injection, the gel fills the hollowed-out space to create volume, and subsequently, the PCL stimulates collagen production.
Therefore, the mechanism by which volume is maintained is different. With hyaluronic acid fillers, the injected material remains in place, but with Elance , newly produced collagen from your own body fills that space. Additionally, depending on the treatment area and your desired duration of results, you can choose between the S and M types.
Why Ellansé
Elance's three other locations
Although they share the same name, "filler,"
the way they create and maintain volume differs.
Immediate and long-lasting effects at the same time
In the early stages of the procedure, the CMC gel provides volume, and after two months, the PCL stimulates the production of new endogenous collagen, which then provides volume.
Another Benefit of Collagen Fillers
Type 1 and Type 3 collagen, produced in response to PCL stimulation, not only provide a volumizing effect but also support the dermal layer of the skin, thereby improving elasticity.
* The figure shows PCL particles surrounded by collagen.
Long-lasting
While typical hyaluronic acid fillers usually last 6–12 months, Elance lasts for more than 18 months. It is recommended for those who find it difficult to visit the clinic frequently or who want long-lasting results from a single treatment.
* Choose between the S and M types based on the treatment area and your desired duration.
How It Works
How Elance Works
: Immediate Initial Volume Effect Achieved with CMC Gel
, PCL particles stimulate collagen production while the CMC gel is absorbed
Newly formed collagen maintains volume, and
PCL particles gradually break down and are absorbed
Treatment Areas
Elance Treatment Areas
It is primarily used in areas that require volume and contouring over a large surface area.
The injection depth and volume vary depending on the area.
We do not use Elance for the lips or under the eyes.
This is because the skin is thin in these areas, so you may be able to feel the particles.
We recommend a soft hyaluronic acid filler for these areas.

The Episode Difference
Why It's Different
Every process has its own unique reason.

Providing Treatment Reports
Notice
Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.
-
1
On the day of the procedure, please avoid touching or rubbing the injection site vigorously. It takes time for the shape to settle.
-
2
Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and saunas for 24 hours after the procedure. Doing so may cause swelling and bruising to worsen.
-
3
Please avoid vigorous massage, skin care treatments, and hot compresses on the treated area for two weeks following the procedure. If a separate massage is required, we will provide specific instructions after the procedure.
-
4
Swelling usually subsides within 2 to 3 days, and bruising usually subsides within 1 to 2 weeks.
-
5
The volume immediately after the procedure is due to the gel; some of it is absorbed and the volume decreases. Afterward, collagen builds up, and the final result is achieved over a period of 2 to 3 months.
-
6
Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, there is no dissolving agent. Therefore, we recommend starting with a smaller amount than needed and then adding more after observing the results.
-
7
If you experience severe pain, paleness, or a change in skin color at the treatment site, please contact the hospital immediately. These symptoms require prompt attention.
