Wrinkle Filler
Generally, the wrinkles that form when we make facial expressions are dynamic wrinkles thatsmooth out again when the muscles relax. However, when the same area is repeatedly folded over a long period of time, and collagen in the dermis decreases due to aging, UV exposure, and other factors, and the elastin structure and fibroblast function deteriorate, the skin’s ability to return to its original shape diminishes.
As this process repeats, it leads to static wrinkles—lines that remain even when you aren’t making a facial expression.
Why Wrinkle Filler
What are the benefits of wrinkle fillers?
It's best to prevent wrinkles before they appear, but
if they've already formed, you need to fill them in to smooth them out.
If you don't have any wrinkles yet,
If you don't have wrinkles yet, there's no need to get wrinkle fillers.
At this stage, it's better to use Botox to prevent wrinkles from forming.
But if you already have wrinkles,
Wrinkles that have already formed (static wrinkles) do not disappear on their own.
Since the dermis has lost some of its function, a filler treatment is necessary.
How It Works
How Wrinkle Fillers Work
Precisely inject
wrinkle filler into the desired location and depth
Due to the injected filler and swelling, the area remains temporarily plump immediately after the
procedure.
About two weeks later, the filler blends with the surrounding tissue, and the surface of
becomes smooth and natural.

The Episode Difference
Why It's Different
Every process has its own unique reason.
01
Reduce pain, increase effectiveness
Episode’s wrinkle filler uses only 2mm, 34G nano-needles. The thin gauge minimizes pain, and the procedure is performed using a technique specifically designed for wrinkle fillers, targeting the upper dermis—unlike standard fillers.
TECHNIQUE02
Check the exact product and quantity right before your eyes at
.
We verify the authenticity of the products used before the procedure and open them in your presence, and we transparently disclose the volume (cc) being injected.
RELIABILITY03
, change becomes clearer when it is documented.
Wrinkles are an area where it’s difficult to notice changes on your own because you see them in the mirror every day. We provide an online report featuring before-and-after photos taken from the same angle as the procedure, so you can see the changes with your own eyes.

Notice
Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.
-
1
On the day of the procedure, please avoid touching or rubbing the treated area too hard. The filler needs time to settle.
-
2
Please avoid high-temperature environments—such as saunas, steam rooms, and hot baths—for 1 to 2 weeks after the procedure. This can affect the duration of the filler.
-
3
Please avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours after the procedure. Doing so may cause swelling and bruising to worsen.
-
4
Bruising usually subsides within 1 to 2 weeks. As the swelling goes down, the treated area will look more natural.
-
5
Immediately after the procedure, the treated area may feel slightly firm or tight.
