Silhouette Soft
Silhouette Soft
Silhouette Soft is a lifting thread in which small PLGA cones are inserted at regular intervals into a PLLA thread. The cone grabs the subcutaneous fat layer and lifts the sagging tissue.
The cones face in opposite directions relative to the center of the thread. Over time, the thread and cones gradually decompose and are absorbed into the body.
As you get older
My cheeks are sagging downwards.
When the tissue that holds the fat between the skin and muscles loosens, the cheeks sag downwards.
Sagging cheeks can deepen nasolabial folds and blur the jawline.
When the support organization is solid
The fat in the cheeks stays in place.
If the support organization becomes loose
The fat in the cheeks also moves down.
As the cheek fat sagged downwards and became bulging
nasolabial folds deepen and the jawline becomes blurred.
How It Works
The cone holds onto the fat layer
Lifts sagging tissue
Two-way cone
There are products with 8, 12, or 16 cones attached to a single thread. When the thread is inserted into the subcutaneous fat layer and pulled, the cones on both sides grasp the tissue. At this time, the tissue gathers between the cones and moves upward in the direction of the pull.
Collagen produced during the absorption process
PLLA is an ingredient also used in Sculptra. The threads and cones gradually decompose within the body, and during this process, collagen is generated in the surrounding area.
Why Silhouette Soft
Cog threads are protrusions, and Silhouette Soft is
Hold the tissue with a cone.
barbed cog thread
Thread with protrusions on the surface
- Mainly PDO material
- Protrusions on the surface of the thread
- The tip of the projection gets caught in the tissue
- Force is applied to the protrusion caught in the tissue
Silhouette Soft
A thread with a cone-shaped piece of yarn
- PLLA thread, PLGA cone
- A cone-shaped cone on a string
- The wide surface of the cone supports the tissue
- The knots between the cones maintain the spacing.
Cog threads work by having protrusions on the surface of the thread catch on the tissue and pull it.
Silhouette Soft uses a cone-shaped structure that supports and lifts the tissue with a wide surface.
The wide surface area in contact with the tissue can reduce the concentration of force at a single point.
Treatment Areas
Silhouette Soft treatment area
The color coding in the photo indicates the approximate location of the treatment area.
The direction and number of threads to be inserted are determined during the consultation after checking the degree of sagging.

The Episode Difference
Why It's Different
This is the Silhouette Soft treatment process for EPISODE .
01
sagging areas and sunken areas
First, distinguish them.
nasolabial folds can deepen as the cheeks sag or lose volume. During the consultation, we determine which category applies and decide whether a thread lifting treatment or a volume-filling treatment is necessary.
ANALYSIS02
The location to insert the thread and
Indicates the direction to pull.
While seated, check the sagging of the cheeks and jawline, and determine the direction of tightening. After determining the number of threads to use, mark the insertion and exit points on the face.
DESIGN03
Sensitivity to the treatment site and pain
Consider anesthesia.
Anesthetic cream, local anesthesia, pain relief IV drip, and sedation anesthesia can be used. We determine the anesthesia method by checking the treatment site and the patient's usual pain sensitivity.
EXPERIENCE04
previous treatment records
We will confirm at the next appointment.
We provide an online report on the treatment history, the number of threads used, and skin changes. At the next visit, we will review this record together to check how things have changed since the treatment .

Notice
Post- treatment precautions
Please avoid opening your mouth wide or grimace hard for 2–3 weeks after the treatment . Please inform us in advance if you have any dental treatment scheduled.
Do not press or rub the treatment area. If pressure is applied before the threads are in place, the position of the pulled tissue may change.
The site where the needle was inserted may appear slightly indented or pulled. In most cases, this gradually subsides within a few days to two weeks.
Major swelling subsides in about a week, but residual swelling may remain for up to 2–3 weeks.
Please avoid saunas, steam rooms, facial massages, and harsh skin treatments for two weeks after the treatment .
Please avoid drinking alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours after the treatment . Swelling and bruising may worsen.
For about a week after the treatment , please avoid sleeping on your stomach or with one side of your face pressed against a pillow.
Please inform us in advance if you have a treatment scheduled on the same area that uses heat, such as radio frequency or ultrasound. We will adjust the treatment after confirming the necessary interval.
