Square Shoulder Filler
Right-Angle Shoulder Filler
Instead of cutting, we create angles by filling in.
Right-Angle Shoulder Filler
Square Shoulder Filler
The reason shoulders appear narrow or slumped is usually not because of excess fat. If the outer portion of the shoulder muscle (deltoid)— which extends from the outer end of the collarbone— lacks volume, it creates a rounded, narrow shoulder line.
No matter how much you exercise, this area doesn’t fill out as much as you’d like. The Right-Angle Shoulder Filler is a procedure that adds volume to the shoulder muscles to straighten the line from the neck to the tip of the shoulder.
If your shoulders appear prominent due to thick trapezius muscles, using Botox to lower the upper part and fillers to fill out the outer area will create a more defined angle.
Why Shoulder Filler
Even if the face is the same width, the face appears smaller depending on the width and shape of the shoulders
.
Attractive shoulder line
Of the images above and below,
which one do you think has more attractive shoulders?
The Impression Created by Square Shoulders
The width of the face and forearms in the images above and below
is the same in both, but they give a different impression.
Shoulders that look strong
For men, on the other hand,
square shoulders actually give off a more rugged vibe.
How It Works
How Straight-Shoulder Fillers Work
Precisely inject the
hyaluronic acid filler into the desired location and depth
The filler fills the space and retains moisture,
maintaining a natural-looking fullness
Over time,
is gradually broken down in the body and naturally absorbed.
Treatment Areas
Treatment Areas for Right-Angle Shoulder Fillers
Divide the area along the outer part of the deltoid muscle and administer the injection.
The injection depth and dosage vary depending on the area.
We do not inject fillers around the neck or above the trapezius muscle.
Filling this area can actually make your shoulders appear more prominent.
We recommend Botox first to reduce muscle volume in this area.

The Episode Difference
Why It's Different
Every process has its own unique reason.
01
As Is - To Be - Design
We analyze the current shape of your shoulders,
and, based on your desired look,
we develop the most suitable design.
02
Check the exact product and quantity right before your eyes at
.
We verify the authenticity of the products used before the procedure and open them in your presence, and we transparently disclose the volume (cc) being injected.
RELIABILITY03
, change becomes clearer when it is documented.
The shoulders are an area that, even though we see them every day, it’s hard to notice changes in. We document the products used, the injection volume for each area, and photos taken from the same angle in an online report, which we use as a basis for determining the timing of the next procedure.

Providing Treatment Reports
Notice
Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.
-
1
On the day of the procedure, please avoid touching or rubbing the injection site vigorously. It takes time for the shape to settle.
-
2
Please avoid carrying bags that put weight on your shoulders for 3 to 5 days after the procedure. This could leave permanent indentations.
-
3
Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and saunas for 24 hours after the procedure. Doing so may worsen swelling and bruising. Please wait one week before resuming exercises that involve heavy use of your upper body.
-
4
Please avoid vigorous massage, skincare treatments, and heat therapy on the treated area for two weeks following the procedure. If a separate massage is required, we will provide specific instructions after the procedure.
-
5
Swelling usually subsides within 2 to 3 days, and bruising usually fades within 1 to 2 weeks. For the most accurate assessment of the final contour, it’s best to wait 1 to 2 weeks after the swelling has subsided.
-
6
The shape and height of the shoulders are naturally different on each side. The goal is to achieve a balanced appearance from the front rather than perfect bilateral symmetry.
-
7
If you experience severe pain, paleness, or a change in skin color at the treatment site, please contact the hospital immediately. These symptoms require prompt attention.
