The "Fairy Ear" filler procedure involves injecting hyaluronic acid filler into the space behind the ear to gently push the ear forward. This increases the angle between the ear and the head, making the ear stand up, and from the front, the ear naturally frames the side profile of the face.
There is no contact with bones or cartilage, and no incisions are made. Since the procedure involves filling only the necessary area behind the ear, it takes less than an hour, including anesthesia, and if you are not satisfied with the shape, it can be reversed.

Please follow these guidelines after your procedure.

Please do not touch or press behind your ear on the day of the procedure. It takes time for the shape to settle.

For two weeks after the procedure, please avoid sleeping on your side and wearing headphones that press firmly against your ears. If pressure is applied to only one side, it may cause asymmetry between the left and right sides.

Please avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and saunas for 24 hours after the procedure. Doing so may cause swelling and bruising to worsen.

Swelling usually subsides within 2 to 3 days, and bruising usually fades within 1 to 2 weeks. It is normal for the angle to decrease slightly as the swelling goes down.

You may feel some soreness behind your ear immediately after the procedure. This usually goes away within a few days.

If the original shape and angle of your ears differ, there may still be a difference between the left and right sides after the procedure.

If you experience severe pain, paleness, or a change in skin color at the treatment site, please contact the hospital immediately. These symptoms require prompt attention.
